Delivery Information

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated or a BACKORDER purchase) upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse.

This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order.

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Order Status & Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner.

There will be an additional charge for re-delivery when the parcel have came back to us due to the delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order cannot be modified after checkout, therefore, kindly check and ensure all the items and shipping information are correct before confirming the order, so as to avoid delays in delivery due to incomplete or incorrect information provided.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Once the dispatch confirmation is emailed to you, your order(s) are under the responsibility of our third-party courier service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel during the shipment process. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party courier service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in your compensation claims (if any).
