Why return or exchange? 

  • Poor quality / Faulty
  • Incorrect item received

What if I did not receive the items?

You may check the status of your parcel via Track my Order at to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at order@insteestore.com or WhatsApp us at 012-7097271 and we will assist you further.

What should I do if there is a missing item in my order?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. You may drop us an email at order@insteestore.com or WhatsApp us at 012-7097271 and we will assist you further.

What items are returnable/exchangeable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In unused, unworn and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Comes with the receipt or proof of purchase

What are the exceptions? 

 The following items/conditions are non-returnable/exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Change of mind after purchased
  • Item not as described (minor)

Note:- Imperfect printing within 5% is not considered defective since our items are custom printed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

How does the exchange option work?

We allow the exchange of faulty or incorrect items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

In case you choose to return and get refund instead of exchange, we offer the following refund options:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit

What are the return methods?

In case you choose to return and get refund instead of exchange, we offer the following refund options:

  • Ship with any carrier of your choice (anywhere)
  • Drop-off at any PostCo ServicePoint (Peninsular Malaysia)

For Mail Shipping Option:-

  • Currently, we do not offer return labels for East Malaysia. Hence, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning your items.
  • Instee Store will not bear any responsibility for any lost or damage of shipment. Customers should consider using a reliable and trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your items.
  • After shipped, kindly send us your both your order and tracking number  at order@insteestore.com, so we can keep track of your return, ensuring it faster and smoother.

How do I return/exchange?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number (#xxxx) and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2 - 5 working days after approval.

Important Notes:- 

  • Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your refunds to be reflected in the original payment method account.
  • Fore store credit refunds, allow up to 2-3 working days for it to reflect on your account from the day we receive your parcel.
