We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange/refund.
There are three conditions where you may be eligible for a refund/exchange, choose one of the following options:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All items are not eligible for cancellation once it has been purchased.
If the goods/items have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Currently there is no return/exchange/refund policy for 'change of mind' situations.
Please note that imperfect printing within 5% is not considered defective since our items are custom printed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you via Email. Please be noted that item(s) sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
To exchange your item(s), you should send your item(s) together with your invoice slip(s) within the 14-day exchange window to the following address:
2-25, Jalan Puteri 4/6, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not within 2-3 working days.
If approved, one of the following situations will be happened:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
If your shipment is lost during the return, we will not bear any responsibility. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping item(s) over RM100.
